What’s in the box

  • A Shoushan or Qingtian stone seal — 3 × 3 cm face, about 7 cm tall
  • Your design carved into the face: fully hand-carved without the QR code; laser-engraved and hand-finished with it
  • A hand-carved side inscription with your register number and the year

  • A printed register certificate and a xuan-paper print of your scroll

How it’s made

  1. We check your Chinese name and email you a proof to approve.
  2. A seal carver carves your seal in about 5 working days.
  3. We test-stamp, photograph and film it before it leaves.
  4. It reaches you by express courier in 5–8 days.

Questions

Will the QR code scan from a stamped print?

A stamped print is harder to scan than a screen. We test-stamp every QR seal before it ships; if yours doesn’t scan reliably, we’ll tell you and offer the version without the QR code.

Can I change the design?

Yes. We email you a proof before carving starts and won’t carve until you approve it.

Can I return it?

Each seal is made just for you, so we can’t take returns — but if it arrives damaged or carved incorrectly, we’ll re-carve it free.

Is it a legal signature?

No. It’s a keepsake and a way to express yourself — not a legal signature or a company seal.
